For users of the TECHCON program - designers and design offices, we provide online support, which is the most popular form of support because this way we can address your problems and requests continuously, it is very flexible and saves both your and our time.
Support is provided: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
We provide ONLINE support for our TechCON software:
1. Email communication (send us your project directly via the program - SOS menu, or send your questions and requests by email)

By clicking the button, the current project is sent to our server and your email client opens where you can write a description of your problem.
2. Direct online communication via remote access (software TeamViewer) - THE MOST POPULAR FORM OF QUICK HELP
